30-day guarantee with proof of purchase:

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects of the Mamaloop and not damage resulting from normal wear and tear or incorrect use of the product. Normal wear and tear includes degradation or discoloration of various materials as a result of regular use.

Exchange:

No exchanges are accepted after the date of purchase. If there was a manufacturing defect, refer to the warranty described above.

Delivery :

The processing time for your order is 1 to 5 working days following receipt of payment.

Please note that standard delivery does not offer the option of tracking the package and that Mamaloop is not responsible for delivery times established by Canada Post. These are very variable (between 3 days and 3 weeks) and depend on several factors over which we have no control.

By choosing standard delivery, you consent to the following:

  • You will not be provided with a tracking number;
  • We will not be able to provide information regarding the delivery time;
  • We are not responsible for any loss during delivery;
  • It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address.

FOR A SAFE AND FAST DELIVERY, we invite you to choose the option of DELIVERY WITH TRACKING NUMBER. Thus, your order will be processed as a priority and you will receive your order as soon as possible after purchase. This option also includes a tracking number to track the progress of your delivery.

Finally, Mamaloop is not responsible for any additional customs charges upon receipt of your purchase. These charges are sometimes observed when shipping outside the country.
