It is possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT
- We do not make any price adjustments following the promotions applied by our various points of sale.
- Our promotions are not valid on previous purchases and no price adjustment will be made on an order that has already been processed.
30 DAY WARRANTY WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE
The warranty only covers manufacturing defects in Mamaloop products and not damage resulting from normal wear and tear or incorrect use of the product. Normal wear and tear includes the degradation or discoloration of different materials from regular use.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it is possible to return the item within 10 days of receipt of your order. The product must be in its original packaging, in its original condition and not have been used . No exchange or refund will be made for an item that has been used and we reserve the right to refuse a return if the conditions mentioned above are not respected. You will be charged a restocking fee of 5% of the cost of the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges apply. If your order qualified for free delivery, but no longer qualifies following the return of one or more items, we reserve the right to charge standard delivery for the initial order out of the refund.

We will send you a shipping label to print and use within 72 hours. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice to re-route the package. Once the item is received, we will process your request within 72 business hours.
EXCEPTIONS
Some items are not eligible for return unless there is an obvious manufacturing defect.
***Maovic comfort pillow and cushion covers are neither exchangeable nor refundable for hygiene reasons.
REFUND METHOD
Refunds are made according to the original payment method, within 72 business hours following the return of the item and confirmation of the refund.
